Phillip Roth’s ‘Supreme Delight’
The title for this piece “Supreme Delight” is inspired from the rye and middle-aged humor of novelist Phillip Roth in American Pastoral. “the supreme delight of the afternoon, is simply finding that you haven’t made it onto the “In Memoriam” page.”
Indeed the simple things, found in the delight to still be alive and kicking.
